The Nikon AF-P Nikkor 18-55 mm f/3.5-5.6G VR DSLR Lens is the first Nikkor lens that utilizes stepping motor for fast and quiet Autofocus. Made of two aspherical lens elements to reduce lens aberrations and equipped with Vibration Reduction, it has a f/3.5-5.6 maximum aperture and a f/22-38 minimum aperture. With an 18-55 mm focal length and 3.1x normal zoom, the AF-P 18-55's lens settings can be adjusted through the camera itself. Product Features in Detail Lens construction This lens is made from 12 elements in 9 groups. Meanwhile, its fully automatic diaphragm has seven rounded blade openings that help provide amazing out-of-focus bokeh effects. Super Integrated Coating Aside from giving the lens a sleek finish, this coating helps reduce lens ghosting and flaring that can disrupt image quality. In focus Capable of Manual and Auto focus, this Nikkor lens has a distance indicator to correspond with its focal length scale of 18, 24, 35, 45, and 55 mm. This gives you better control over image framing with the help of the independent zoom ring. Vibration reduction This mechanism offers a camera shake compensation equivalent to a four-stop increase in shutter speed. This results to sharper images even with long lenses.
